I'm doing another raffle since I finished the prize for my last one. (yes I know it's been a long time!) It's always a good way to appreciate those who like my work <33 I don't often draw chibis though I enjoy how they turn out. My coloring seems more solid on those lol Rules will be slightly different this time. By all means join again if you're still interested~ 
To clarify from last time. I will not design your characters! You will have to provide references for your characters and please... pick ones that are developed and well loved (i.e. have personal meaning). It gives me motivation knowing what I put my efforts in will be treasured. =)
